Playground

We offer a beautiful playground for 2-12 year olds featuring themed climbing features, slides, swing sets, and roundabout.

Open Dawn to Dusk

Adult supervision required.

  • Do not yell, scream, or play loud music.

  • Wear proper footwear. No bare feet.

  • Use play equipment appropriately.

  • Do not bring any sharp objects such as glass, rocks, debris, etc.

  • No rollerblades, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, or bicycles.

  • No gum, drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, or weapons allowed.

Picnic Shelter and Walking Trail

We have a covered picnic shelter with fans, power, and tables. If you’d like to reserve the picnic shelter please contact the MOWA Choctaw office.

We have a paved walking trail that circles the play area and shelter. Perfect for parents with strollers or those counting steps.

Pavilion

Located on our POW WOW Grounds is a large covered pavilion with access to concession stands and restrooms. The concrete pad has fans and power for your gathering and large event. Expand your event with the small stage located behind the pavillion

‘George Everett Snow’ Memorial
Pow Wow Grounds

Dedicated to the memory of a wise, fireless, devoted servant, to the MOWA Choctaw People. Dedicated on June 19, 2004 by the MOWA Tribal Council and the MOWA Choctaw people.

Enjoy the use of this natural arena historically used for our pageants and pow wows. The area includes sideline seating, a shaded stage, and access to power, restrooms and water.

Baseball Fields

We have two fields available for baseball and softball. Each accompanied with dugouts and press boxes. Rent the field or join one of our teams.

Indoor Recreational Facility and Gym

Our indoor gym comes fitted with basketball goals and score system with sideline seating.

Athletic Fields for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse

Join one of our junior and youth teams or use the field for an event. Our fenced field has sideline seating with a press box and scoreboard.

Veteran’s Memorial Park

We have a private space honoring our members who have served in the United States military.

Natural Park and Pond

Most our of POW WOW Grounds includes shaded use for picnics or other gatherings. Enjoy the beautiful view of our pond while sitting under the shade of a natural sloped amphitheater

RV and Concession Utility Parking

One of the features of our pow wow grounds is having utility access for our vendors and visitors. Parking a camper or concession booth is convenient with access to water and power for your stay or event.
